Are my Credit Card details safe?

We know how worried folks are about this but rest assured, they’re safe. We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available. We may use 3D Secure for credit card transactions.

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and EFT transactions.

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is an extra layer of security in using your credit card for online transactions. For certain online transactions you'll be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (different from the PIN), which is called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode by the respective credit card companies.

What do I need to buy to receive free shipping?

We've tried our best to get the best possible shipping provider and to minimize our shipping cost, for us to provide you with free shipping you will need to purchase a minimum of R500 on the site. Orders below R500 will attract an additional R50 delivery charge.

Are you able to ship to postal addresses?

To ensure the best possible shipping time and service to our customers, we currently only ship door to door. Easier for you and quicker for us to get your order directly to you!

Who do you ship the products with?

Courier Guy will ensure that your order is delivered safely, direct to your door.

How long does shipping take?

Usual delivery will take 3-5 working days, excluding weekends.

What if my products are damaged?

If your product has been damaged or broken during transit we will arrange to have it collected and replaced.

What if you send me the wrong thing?

Oops! Were make pretty sure we send the right things every time, when these things happen it only ends up costing us and resulting in unhappy customers. We’ll do whatever we can to keep the latter happy, so rest assured we will sort it out!

What if I want to send a gift to someone else?

No problem, just fill in their details in the delivery box and we'll make sure that its sent to them. Give us their cellphone or contact number so we can liaise the delivery with them directly. Less stress for you, more happiness for them!

What if I change my mind after I receive the product?

Unfortunately we do not refund products because of buyer's remorse.
